Exercise Programmes
If you are unable to commit to one to one personal training or online training, the next best option is to have your own bespoke training programme written for you by Derek.
Training Programmes are based on your personal goals, exercise preferences, access to equipment, health status, and work and family commitments.
To optimise your progress it is recommended that you have your programme upgraded every 4-6 weeks.
Once you request an email programme, you will be emailed some questions relating to your goals, current level of fitness, health, and exercise preferences.
You will be emailed your programme within 48 hours of receiving your completed questionnaires.
